Founded in 1978 ABBEX has a long history in Florida. Steven Alexander grew up on a farm in Iowa and knows the strength behind commitment and the value of honest, hard work. He’s owned multiple businesses so he can personally relate to business owners. His passion for analyzing operations, recognizing weaknesses, organizing processes, marketing, improving products and services, adjusting personnel—in short, getting the job done right.

Our co-owner JEFF HERBA has vast financial and direct business ownership experience he utilizes to maximize the business owners value. He has worked for a Fortune 500 company and in the financial services sector so has unique insights, contacts, and behind the scenes knowledge he puts to work to complete timely, efficient, and successful sales. Balancing the best of being raised in very rural upstate NY to living in major cities he works well with all the individual involved in a typical sale with is unique no nonsense can do attitude. Having owned a large business he successfully sold he knows what sellers and buyers go through during the critical business sale cycle.
